Exclusive from Entertainment Weekly. I don’t feel strongly about this. His minute on screen seemed to show an interesting character, or at the very least a very extreme one—yawn. But I’ve never been a fan of Spader’s. He does the same thing to every character, and there’s little variety. Him in Pretty in Pink is slightly different than his cameo on The Office.
This is the funniest shit ever.
Pardon my miscalculation.
…that I discovered after watching the quite delightful X-Men First Class.
- He’s hot.
- He is only 34 years old. Despite his hotness, he is not aging all that well.
- He is dating Zoe Kravitz
, the child. (Looks like she’s 21—correction, 22—but still).
Is this really necessary? I wouldn’t blame him if he doesn’t - Obama Is Actually Writing His Own Tweets Now http://ti.me/jGtcH9
I was first exposed to Roisin Murphy through So You Think You Can Dance—all three dances that use songs from Ruby Blue were choreographed by the lovely Wade Robson. Though Ruby Blue and Ramalama are my favorites from that album, Night of the Dancing Flame has this old, jazzy vibe to it and is what originally drew me to Murphy.
- They’re so fucking loud.
- They smoke, so they’re always outside on their patio therefore making it that much more difficult for me to ignore them.
- They’re actors (ugh) and are never at “work”.
- Because they’re never at “work”, they keep the weirdest hours. So me hearing them talk about the stupidest things ever (refer to last bullet point) at 3 am on a Tuesday is the norm.
- They watch pansy-ass musicals at full blast. (Okay, so they were watching Toy Story 3, which is not pansy, but still. Turn that shit down.)
- This asshole thinks Sons of Anarchy is totally crap
I need to move.
I’m glad to hear that Tracy apologized for his comments. Stand-up comics may have the right to “work out” their material in its ugliest and rawest form in front of an audience, but the violent imagery of Tracy’s rant was disturbing to me at a time when homophobic hate crimes continue to be a life-threatening issue for the GLBT Community.
It also doesn’t line up with the Tracy Morgan I know, who is not a hateful man and is generally much too sleepy and self-centered to ever hurt another person.
I hope for his sake that Tracy’s apology will be accepted as sincere by his gay and lesbian coworkers at 30 Rock, without whom Tracy would not have lines to say, clothes to wear, sets to stand on, scene partners to act with, or a printed-out paycheck from accounting to put in his pocket.
The other producers and I pride ourselves on 30 Rock being a diverse, safe, and fair workplace.
- Tina Fey
Take that, Tracy Morgan. Now I really want to read her book.
As great as Rolling in the Deep is, this is my favorite song of hers. The rest of 21 is very somber and serious—a little too much so for my taste. Rumour Has It is fun, has a great beat, and always puts me in a good mood when it’s on.
