An avid movie fan, slowly learning how to take advantage of living in the film capital of the world.
I still cannot get over that. I’m going to have to watch that movie this weekend to see for myself what all the fuss is about.
My biggest snub is the Reznor/Ross one for best score. I know I get hung up on scores a lot—and fairly quickly—but this score was amazing and, in my opinion, far better than that for The Social Network. Also, I’m surprised Fassbender didn’t make it in.
I completely agree. His speech was so endearing.

Totally bummed Nolan didn’t win, but Siedler was really gracious and funny during his speech.
I cannot believe Robin Hood is rated PG-13. Now I know it can’t be all that good. And as Childress said, “if we want the real story, we want the blood and guts too.”
Though a little early and too many to go through all, it will be nice to keep handy to see how it all runs out come awards season.
